Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By checking the agreement box at signup, creating an account, or otherwise using Loopcast, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Loopcast.

2. What Loopcast does

Loopcast lets you upload videos, arrange them into a playlist, and rebroadcast that playlist as a continuous loop to a YouTube live stream you control, either via a stream key you provide or by connecting your YouTube account directly.

3. Your content and your responsibility for it

By uploading any video or audio to Loopcast, or streaming it through the service, you represent and warrant that you own all rights to that content, or that you hold a valid license or other legal authorization to use, publicly perform, and rebroadcast it — including any music, video, images, or other copyrighted material embedded in it. You will not upload or stream anyone else's copyrighted music or video without that authorization. You retain all ownership of your own content — Loopcast claims no ownership over it.

We act only as a storage and rebroadcast service: we don't review, screen, or monitor what you upload, and we don't have the ability to watch every stream on the platform. You are solely and entirely responsible for your content, for the consequences of streaming it, and for complying with YouTube's own Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and copyright policies.

You will not upload or stream, on Loopcast or through a Loopcast-created broadcast, any content that is pornographic or sexually explicit; hateful, harassing, or discriminatory toward an individual or group; violent, graphic, or gratuitously disturbing; or that otherwise violates YouTube's Community Guidelines or the YouTube Terms of Service. This applies regardless of whether YouTube itself has already taken action against the content — we may act on our own review independent of, and faster than, any action YouTube takes.

You agree to indemnify and hold Loopcast harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or liability — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your content or your use of the service, including any claim that your content infringes a third party's rights.

4. Reporting violations and enforcement

Anyone — including someone without a Loopcast account — can report a Loopcast-powered stream for copyright infringement, prohibited content under Section 3, or another violation of these terms using our Report Content page. We investigate every report.

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that an account has violated these terms — including by streaming unauthorized copyrighted content — we may immediately: stop any of that account's active live streams; suspend or permanently terminate the account; and cancel any active subscription on the account effective immediately. No refunds, including for any unused portion of the current billing period, are issued for a suspension or termination related to a violation of these terms. We have no obligation to review content before it's streamed, and taking (or not taking) enforcement action in one case doesn't obligate us to do the same in another.

5. Connecting your YouTube account

If you connect your YouTube account instead of entering a stream key manually, you authorize Loopcast to create and manage a live broadcast on your channel on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access at any time from your dashboard or from your Google Account's connected-apps settings.

6. Your stream key

Your YouTube stream key is a credential to your own channel. We store it to operate your stream and never share it. Treat it as sensitive — anyone with it can broadcast to your channel.

7. Free trial and referrals

New accounts can start a one-time, 24-hour free trial with no payment method required, letting you go live without a paid plan. A short Loopcast promotional clip plays once per full loop through your playlist while the trial is active; upgrading to a paid plan removes it immediately. The trial ends automatically after 24 hours if you haven't upgraded by then, with no grace period.

If you sign up through another user's referral link, your first subscription period is 14 days free — a payment method is still required at signup, and you'll be billed automatically once that period ends unless you cancel first. Referral links are only active for accounts currently on a paid plan; the referring account receives one free month credited toward its own next bill once the referred subscription actually converts to a paying one, not merely on signup.

8. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew monthly, or annually if you choose that billing interval, until cancelled. Pro accounts can add extra concurrent stream slots for an additional monthly fee shown at the time you add them. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; you'll retain access through the end of the current billing period. Deleting your account (Section 11) immediately cancels any active subscription so you're never billed again, but no refund is issued for the unused portion of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months unless required by law. See Section 4 above for the separate, no-refund cancellation that applies to a terms violation.

9. Availability

We aim for reliable 24/7 streaming but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not liable for lost stream time, YouTube-side outages, or channel actions YouTube takes against your account.

10. Limitation of liability

Loopcast is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

You can stop using Loopcast and delete your account at any time — doing so immediately cancels any active subscription (see Section 8). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or YouTube's policies — see Section 4 above for how that process works and what it means for any active subscription.

12. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.

13. Trademark

LOOPCAST™ and the Loopcast name and logo are trademarks of Loopcast (U.S. Trademark Application Serial No. 50126518). Use of the LOOPCAST name, logo, or any confusingly similar branding to describe another product or service is not authorized.
